Very Very quick boot-up.problem or a feature??

Hi,
In the last week I've only seen this strange behavior twice.
After a power outage when i turn my comp on for the first time it doesn't
POST or load windows. What shows up is the Win 7 login screen within 2 secs of putting it on. It doesn't look like a cold boot or hibernation.

Is there something I'm missing out on or m I the first one to experience this?
Let me know.

This is not troubling me but if such a boot is poss then i'd recommend it to everyone.

that sounds like it was coming out of standby, but that's not possible after a power outage. unless you have a UPS.
