very stupid question, RAM type for PC

this is my setup.
p4 2.53ghz 533mhz asus p4b533 mobo.
processor is working fine for me, i do not need a faster processor at this moment. however, i need more ram, and right now i have a nice stick of pc3200 corsair CL2 512mb

my question is, if i do not overclock, does it matter if i have pc3200 or pc2100?

howhao, PC2100 is all you need for your current cpu. The 533FSB Intels utilize PC2100 memory (266x2).
