I don't see why there is a $40 difference and it's not sold out...

Looks like Newegg's board has wireless ethernet built in, but zipzoomfly's mobo doesn't - the "review" at bottom just says it supports it, which is probably bought as a package from ASUS

so they're basically the same except for the wireless internet. I don't understand how it can be sold out at newegg for 40 bucks more and in stock at zipzoomfly.

It's the same mobo.

But I think you get the wi-fi pci card with newegg's retail box, = $40 diff.
