What's the CSS/html command to get rid of borders in picture links?

This does not seem to work:
<a href="site"><img border="0" src="picture.gif"></a>

Eh, I haven't touched html and css for about 6 months so I'm a bit rusty here.

In CSS it would probably be: IMG{border-style: none;}
