Okay, I can't figure out for the life of me what I'm missing.
I have two e-mail accounts, mail.gte.net for home, and my work one.
I have set up my Outlook on both ends to get both accounts, and have had this working before.
For some reason, on my current install of XP at home, I can't get mail.gte.net, and I can't figure out why. I know the server still works because I get it fine at work still.
Here is what I've done.
Tried reversing which e-mail account was primary.
Tried doing nslookup from home and work, IPs are the same.
Same as above with ping.
Did nslookup for mail.gte.net and used the IP address for my Outlook settings.
VPN'd from home to work and specified the work DNS server and gateway (which I get the mail through on my work box just fine)
And no matter what I do, from Outlook at home, it says "cannot find server" whenever I try to get my mail from GTE.
Any ideas?
