ave just finished my first pc build from scratch. I installed windows XP media center edition earlier today on 60g drive as a test run, everything checked out. when I removed that drive and replaced it with a 160g xp installed fine but when my DVD rom was reading installing the drivers for my mobo it errored and crashed out of the program installing only 2 of the 4 for the mobo. I did a cold boot and tried to have it finsih, now it is not reading from the cd at all,
XP is finding the DVD rom and the rom will read the XP Disc and let me explore it, also it will auto run burned DVD's however when I put in the driver disc it hangs, and I can hear it reading the same thing over and over, I swapped the mobo driver disc for the video card, both of which loaded fine earlier today, but again the DVD rom would not recognize it in my computer and also hangs reading the same section over and over. I checked both Driver discs in my labtop and they work fine. I swapped the 120g drive back to the 60g to see if it would still read correctly, but no go, it too is hanging now and not recognizing the driver discs.

Anyone have any idea at all what caused this and how I might fix it?

thanks

When I tried to explore the CD in My computer I received this error:
