Very specific headphones I need to find...

Anyone know of some headphones that have a mic built in and can have either the headphones or mic on or both if one so chooses. Other stipulation is they have to have good quality sound, as in you would recomend them as regular headphones, do these exist?
 
plz dont give into the surround sound gimmick on headphones (especially those so called 4/5 whatever speaker headphones).

if you're gaming, i suggest the sennheiser or plantronics line of headsets (like the one Excelsior linked). they're some of the best around.
