A recent blackout fried my last router, so I picked up a router on sale at Best buy that was changing locations. It is a Linksys E2500(For $40 bucks I thought it was a good deal).
It seems to be working great for my wifi, lightning fast, no page load issues.
The wired connection is reaaaaally slow for pageloads. It takes about 20 seconds to load most websites. Mostly through the connecting and waiting for response period. Download speeds on the wired are still at the max for my cable modem though, so once it does connect it is fast. My ping in online games is still great. (20-30)
Do any of you know why page loads would be so slow for the wired connection? Is there any setting I can change to fix this?
(I already tried swapping out all the cables :/)
Thanks!
