Recently I have been getting extremely slow download speeds with my comcast internet, having only speeds of about 20kbs. I have run spybot and otehr spyware detectors many times and I am still not sure what my problem is. I have also tried power cycling my modem. Here are some test results :

Connection is:: 164 Kbps about 0.2 Mbps (tested with 2992 kB)
Download Speed is:: 20 kB/s

Bottom Line:: 3X faster than 56K 1MB download in 51.2 sec
Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 3.46 % of your hosts average (comcast.net)
