very quiet fan for xp-90

The majority of Thermalright coolers were designed to work at their best performance / noise ratio at around 55CFM. That would mean that my recommendation for a fan would still have to be the Delta EFB 92x38mm low speed fan. But at full rev, you are definitely going to hear it.. I suppose I cant really recommend a really quiet fan.. 92mm quiet fans simply weren't meant to push through heatsinks.

I would go for a Panaflo H1B. Make sure you get the "B" or "BX" model so it has tach sensing if you are using it on your CPU. The Panaflo hydro-wave fans are the best balance of airflow and noise. The reason I suggest the H1B over the others is because you can always turn it down when you do not need it, but the others you can not turn up.

The Yate Loon fans are also nice and less expensive.
