my pc is in the sig, i am using abit airpace g pci-e wireless card and wrt54g router with wep setup

I've been using the setup for abot 3 weeks, no issues except speeds were bit slowish...now out of nowhere nic would start disconnecting and then connect back, yet it shows as being disconnected and works for about 15 minutes at a time with major lag... have mac laptop and dash phone with wifi and they seem to connect fine but dash would sometime loose signal too...mac has onyl been in the house for 3 hours so i cant really say how it will behave later on any ideas?


summary: random disconnects, will not reconnect after 2-3 times until next reboot, i tried resetting router and took out nic and place it back, no conflicts or issues with windows
 
1. Make sure that the Router's SSID is On.

2. Make sure that the Power Saving of the Wireless Cars is Off.

3. Try to change the Router's Wireless channels.

4. Wait for Halloween (less than 2 months away), odd stuff is good in Halloween.😉
 
ok took off power safe, no dice ssid was onl last time i checked but now i cant even access router via http://...new router and nic on the way, so i guess i will have to get by for now...any other ideas?
