very odd lock up, causes all powered devices to lock up

So I have been dealing with this since I got my computer, but if I leave my computer on and idle for 5+ hours, generally, the computer will lock up. (blank screens, but powered on. KB/mouse do not function, or are powered on either).

CPU : i5 2500k
Motherboard : Asus P8P67 PRO rev3
CPU Cooler : noctua dh14
Case : Corsair 600T
PSU : Corsair HX1050
Memory : 4x4GB G.Skill DDR3 1600
GPU : 2x Reference 2GB XFX 6950′s shader unlocked
Hdd : OCZ Solid 2 120GB + 1TB WD

temps are good. I have had the PSU replaced, the GPU's replaced. I got a new rev3 motherboard.

The only thing I have not replaced is memory (ran memtest for a few hours, cleared it). CPU is not OC'd.

The biggest issue this causes, is when I am watching TV, my streams die (media center extenders to 360), and this is because the network took a dive, yet the router is still powered/working.

The Media center server + this PC + networking gear is all hooked into an APC 1500watt UPS. I have the PC in the surge only portion, and I have even tried plugging it into the wall directly, same issue.

I never had this issue with my old computer (which makes me belive the SSD is fine, this is the only part I pulled from my old PC)

Once I reboot the PC, everything starts working fine again, sometimes I need to powercycle the router. The server (hooked into the APC battery portion), works fine via kb/mouse, it just loses network.

I also forgot to mention I replaced the APC 2 times, as I thought that was the culprit. Let me add that APC's return policy is rock solid. I never had to pay for shipping, they sent me new units each time.

I am lost, I have contemplating just purchasing new memory, grrr.

Sounds like the computer went to sleep and don't wan to wake up.
Are you overclocking?
Go to power management in windows and set it to always on and see.
