VERY odd Boot/RAM problems on A8N-SLI

First of all, I'm sorry if this is frowned upon, but I posted this whole story on the Mushkin support forums since that was my recent problem: Memtest86+ found 157 total errors in a period of 53 consecutive tests (lasted 21 hours, 30 minutes). Now I tried swapping out my 2 RAM sticks to see which one of them was the defective one (or if BOTH are bad), and now my system won't even POST again.

Here is the link to my thread on Mushkin support forums:

Note that I had these horrible POST problems almost 2 months ago which prompted me to RMA the first pair of Mushkin RAM that I had. I have a thread about that linked inside the story linked above, but here is the direct link, maybe you can skim over that first:

Any suggestions? Thank you much!

If you can, borrow from a friend at least one normally functioning stick of a different branded PC3200 DDR (Corsair perhaps)

Then insert that one "healthy" stick of RAM into the blue RAM slot further away from your CPU

If your system then boot normally, then you know that your mobo doesn't like that Mushkin RAM

FYI, Mushkin isn't listed in the A8N-SLI QVL.
