Same here. Semi-auto AR-15 only. I'd have to be rich to keep a full auto M-16 properly fed :) A little terminology lesson: assault rifles are select fire weapons. That means that with the flip of a switch they can go from semi-auto (one squeeze of the trigger = one bullet) to full-auto (one squeeze of the trigger = fires bullets at rapid rate until the gun runs out of ammo). Full auto weapons are legal in the U.S. They are just $5,000 at the very low end and require a person to jump through a lot of hoops to legally own one.

Neither do I, I have an AR-15.

Check out AIM's deals.

380 for as low as 13.50 a box

9mm is around 10 a box for brass cased

Gander mountain has also had some deals, lately, with their $20 off $100 coupons. Load up the cart with 10 boxes of umc (a few weeks ago until it went out of stock) and you'd come out with 500 rounds for around 90 bucks. Same thing happened over this last weekend with blazer brass.

Fat chance for awhile. I need some .380 and 9 mm rounds bad, but I'm not willing to pay $1 per to play.

9mm is always dirt cheap at Walmart, but they dont carry 380.
Which is funny, cuz they do have 44 magnum and I'm pretty sure more people use 380 than 44.

Actually, the "AR" in AR-15 refers to the company that Eugene Stoner, the rifle's designer, worked for at the time: Armalite. i.e. "Armalite Rifle Model 15". :)

Lol. Pretty sure the AR in AR-15 stands for assault rifle though. Bit of a contradiction there.

Have you checked Wal-Mart for 9mm? The ones in my area (Dallas-Ft. Worth) have Federal brass case FMJ 9mm for $9.47 a box (50 rounds).
