Hello,

Sorry I didn't put this in the dedicated thread. Please move there if possible. I just got a P4C800-E Deluxe board and I'm not sure what bios version I have. When I hit DEL to enter bios it flashes something like "bios revision 1007", but when I get into bios and go to system information, it says

AMIBIOS
Version: 08.00.09
Build date: 06/02/03
ID: P4CED069

What bios version do I have? 1007 or 1008? Thanks.

Just go to their web site, and check the reported bios date against the available releases. I'm sure this will clear up your confusion. But it always best to update to the latest BIOS anyway.
