Very new to the OC biz, please help.

I have an Asus A7-VM KT-133 200 FSB mobo
PC-133 SDRAM etc.
1.1 GHz Athlon

I've read it can OCed to around 1.33 but I have no clue how to do it or where to start.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
