Go to 123 InkJets they are having a March Blowout sale right now. Most prices are about 50% off retail, plus there is a 15% off coupon that you can use too. Some VERY nice deals.

These arent the real manufacturer cartridges though. These are the cheap ones that can clog printheads, right?

How can they claim 75% off retail prices when its not the same product?

IF they were selling genuine Epson cartridges for $7 or whatever, they can make that claim, but not with generic ones.

I don't know about blocking printheads, but I've been using refills in my printer for a very long time, and my printer's still printing just as before.

Oh and I forgot to mention that shipping to US for orders under $50 is a flat fee of $2.50 and $6.00 to Canada. If you order over $50 worth then shipping to both US and Canada is FREE.

This is a better deal (at least it was for me): I haven't received them yet, but I just ordered refills for my Canon BJC-600e for $1.95 each from SimplyBargains. I ordered a total of 8 cartridges and shipping was a little high at $8.00. Total came to $23.51 shipped for 2 full refills (BJC-600e takes one each Cyan, Magenta, yellow, Black) for my printer. Same (or similar) cartridges at your link are $5.95 each. So, 8 cartridges would cost $47.60 plus $2.50 shipping, over twice the cost of my order at SimplyBargains.

You realize that the whole "off brand ink will clog your printheads" thing was started by the printer manufacturers, don't you? They take a big loss in the cost of the printer, but plan to make it up with ink sales. If you buy ink from someone else, they lose money. I've been using 3rd party cartridges for 4 years now and have never had a problem.

Now...those refill kits are a different story. The ink has a chance to hit the air and may start to clot. I would stay away from those.

its just like those "hot deals" Where they'll give you a free copy machine / printer, as long as you buy products from them

Fritzo,
I have an Epson Color Stylus 600. Early last year, I used a generic ink Brand for the first time and after a few days my print heads were clogged. I tried every trick I know to unclog the damn thing with no avail. Finally I had to send my printer to the manufacturer to be cleaned up (fortunately it was still under warrantee :D ). Some printers such as Epson have the print head built into the printer rather than in the ink cartridge (like most HPs). There may be some generic brand, which are OK to use, but you have to be very careful if the print heads are in the printer.

Does anyone have experience with the quality of their product- is the ink from 123inkjets good? I know for the HP cartridges they are refilled, but with what quality ink? Their price on the color cartridges is quite good, and with the new digital camera it sure is tempting to try.

m61376, I wouldnt worry too much about the ink, it's probably just as good as the next guy/gal/store. They have a money-back guarantee too, so if you don't like it, send it back.

Referral Link Referral Link.
KingDan, maybe next time if you don't mention Ebates three times with your referral link, you'd not be so darn obvious.
