I recently purchased a p4 1.6a and an epox 4g4a+ as well as 256mb of samsung 2700 ddr ram. The chip runs stable at 2.4ghz with 1.55v vcore. My next step was to try to o/c the ram. I went for the 4:5 divider, to achieve ddr 375, and have the ram settings set to spd. I burned the ram in before doing this and the system is stable with the ram at 2.6v, however my sisoft mem scores are VERY VERY low, ~2100. Can anybody offer any help? Thank you

onboard video will eat a lot of bandwidth, especially at 32-bit desktop and high resolutions. 2100 is still low with these considerations, looking very much like a 4:3 divider (vs. 4:5 divider). drop the resloution to 640 X 480 and 256 bit color.
at these settings, a normal range for DDR375 at 2.5, 6, 3,3 will give you about 2600-2900. with a video card, you'll scoop out about 100-200 more megabytes/s.

play with the dividers to make sure you see progressive increases with these dividers: 4:3, 1:1, 4:5, 3:4.

some dividers may be inaccessible, but the one that puts you in near 3000 range is your target.
