First of all I know 3dmark is not a perfect ( ok, it's been proven useless 
benchmark, but it does give some indication that something is wrong , anyway for some reason I score rediculously low on CPU tests ( 220 Marks, with a second test averaging a whooping 3.3 fps ). I'm not sure what piece of hardware/software to blame, so I'm just throwing it out there and maybe one of you stumbled upon the same problem. Below are my system specs.
P4 1.6A @ 2.4
512MB ( 333Mhz in BIOS )
ATI Radeon 9800 ( 3.6 Cat ) ( Stock clock )
Asus P4C800-E ( latest BIOS, Turbo enabled )
Windows XP Pro ( SP1, DX9b )
