I want to run Worms World Party in a window, which is currently impossible. There's no shortcuts around it, the developers said it themselves.

I was just wondering if there was a virtual machine program that is VERY lightweight, maybe not even a virtual machine but a program which lets me open fullscreen applications inside of it. I went the virtual machine route and it's more trouble than it's worth.

(I'm running Vista Business 32 bit)
