very light video screen capture

i need to take a vid cap of me playing around 30 seconds in vice city. every program i try slows down the game so it's incredibly choppy. any suggestions?

Have you tried bring down the rez and colour depth of the game, also record to different HD then what the game is reading from.

It will caputure what you want... even sound. 😉

I hope your rig is beefy enough to handle all that at one time. 😛
