I read the article ealier today. Sounds like he's had some bad experiences with Apple recently and this has prompted him to write the article. He made a lot of claims of poor customer service but not a whole lot of info to back it up. I don't deal with Apple at all so I don't know how accurate his claims may be. Sounds like the same kind of up and down service you would get from Dell/Gateway/Compaq or any other PC vendor except for the part that you really don't have any other choice when you are a Mac user. Very frustrating I'm sure.

I am however, looking forward to iTunes for my PC!

Sounds like so many Apple users I hear everyday.

The music thing suprises me. I would have thought that they would have put more time into quality. It is possible with AAC. Apple must have screwed it up.

Microsoft has already won, and most people know it already. Microsoft?s best R&D comes from Apple, and Apple just showed Microsoft how to launch a successful music business. Point, set, and match.

Oh that guy. The guy who claims Apple sent him a repaired PowerBook with chocolate in it. Yeah I trust him! Especially since some of his points are outright wrong.

I believe him like I believe a drunk in a bar. Both are eqully worthy of actual responses.
