Im running now @ 117blck and am at 4.690 but if I go for 4700 the overclock doesnt work and I hit F1 to go back into bios.

Ive tried PLL voltage, the voltage its at up to 1.48v no drop. Still no good overclock. press F1 ...

How can 10Mhz more be non stable for me suddenly like this. Just wondering I dont really care 4690 is good but I would prefer 4700Mhz in which it wont boot to winblowz.. thx
