Sure is and they use the same control panel (DirectAdmin).

Hurry the $8.99/yr plan expires this Saturday 7/31. Personally I think the $15.98/yr plan is better because you get UNLIMITED MySQL vs only 1. You need 1 MySQL per each script forums, coppermine, blog, CMS, etc.

Well, i only use the hosting for pics and stuff, so i don't really need anything fancy.

BTW, how do you actually order it? At the ordering process i've selected 'Tidal Wave', but the price is $15.xx a year, not the $8.99.

$8.99 price works for me but it's a little tricky.

Make sure to REMOVE all the $15.98 prices in your cart, then select Tidalwave then add, it should now show $8.99

I would recommend signing up for HostPC.com's $8.99/yr web hosting plan

After you sign up, you should be able to install Awstats yourself with no problems.

Ok, I am not too tech savvy, what does this thing enable me to do? Can I have my own website? Can I use it as a backup of files? I know people who has hundreds of GB of webspace..how do they do that? Similar thing but more expensive? Sorry, absolutely no clue here.

Short answer: No.

The "welcome" e-mail is automated and sent by the control panel (Direct Admin). software. Since you're currently using Direct Admin, that's why they look similiar. After your HostPC account has been setup, submit a helpdesk ticket, give them your current web site URL (www.yourdomainhere.com:2222) username and password. They can move your web site for you to HostPC.

Sorry to say something against you.... 😛. but you should be able to install all those in one database. Just have a different prefix for each item (they ask in the installation) and they should all be able to work from one database.
