Very cheap software?

I want to buy some Adobe stuff but this seems too cheap.

They have after effects for 100 bucks. I also want premiere elements 8 and they have that for 25 (5$ transaction fee applied later).

I tried to buy premiere elements with a pre-paid visa to be safe. It had 38$ on it and it was denied?!

Anyone had luck with this site? Should I download from them? If so, they have some incredible deals.
