very bad artifacting in 3dmark2001se with 9500p

indeed it is just a benchmark but i'm just curious as to why it's happening. i've basically trouble-shooted everything I could think of but still same results. the strange thing is many if not all my games run fine and even 3dmarks2003 runs fine (score of 3900) but only get the artifacting in 3dmarks2k1.

most of the artifacting involves jagged shapes coming from the center of the screen and spreading out towards the edges.

i've tried different drivers (3.1, 3.2, and 3.4)
disable all AA, AF, Truform
uninstalling and reinstalling 3dmarks
all drivers are up to date
even reinstall windows (didnt do this to troubleshoot though)

i just wanted to find the culprit of this just incase there's something wrong with my card and soon it the problem is going to spread to the actual games. i havent played any for awhile so i dont know if they are starting to experience this problem too.

card running at stock speeds.
1700+ oc to 1.9g but already tried at stock speeds and still same thing
agp voltage at default level
ddr voltage at default level
