Very Abnoxious Popups

Hey guys,

Unfortunately I've got a very abnoxious spyware issue. I frequently get IE popups with completely random sites that come up. I picked up "Process Explorer" from microsoft's site, and there's nothing abnormal that I can see. I also ran Ad-Aware 2007, and HJT, both found things, which I removed. I ran both again, and it now does not find anything abnormal, but I'm still getting the popups.

I did have Vundo trojan on my machine, if that helps to determine what's going on.

All of this started happening after I started to listen to Choice Radio on WMP. Their site comes up in the mini browser inside of WMP, with some popups that come up from time to time, and script errors. I'd really like to just get this fixed, and never use that internet radio again 😛.

Please help if you can. I wish I could provide more information, but I honestly don't know where this thing is running...

There's a nasty variant of Vundo out there now, and it's spreading rapidly. It makes prior Vundo variants a walk in the park.

Why don't you post a HJT log?
