Verto GeForce 9400 GT Graphics Card (No dual monitor support?)

A friend of mine has this exact card, and he bought it from this exact website:

http://www.buy.com/prod/verto-geforc...211040193.html

The only difference is that the card DOES NOT have an S-Video port unlike what's shown in the picture. Basically what we are trying to do is hook this thing up to a PC monitor through DVI, and a semi-old TV through VGA. As of now, this option simply doesn't work, although it worked perfectly well with a much older card. We tried clone, dual view, etc in nvidia menu... Nothing works. Under clone, the tV flickers for a few seconds, then just goes dark...

Does this card even support two displays/monitors/tv's?

Thanks.

I've never seen an NVidia card with two or more outputs that wouldn't do dual monitors.

The process of enabling multiple monitors can be tedious. Can you describe the exact steps you are using to enable the second monitor?
