Verto Geforce 2 MX200 AGP Videocard

I presently have a 16MB nVidia Vanta graphic card that was preinstalled in my computer. I was looking at the Geforce 2 MX200 AGP card at Staples (Item# 465356) because I might be able to get it for $50. I don't know anything about video cards. Would this create a noticeable difference in performance.

I am not a gamer, my wife is taking a class which will require her to periodically watch videotaped lectures broadcast over the internet. Is there a better card available for about that price?

Thanks for the info it really helped out. I think I will go with the ATI Radeon 7000 64MB DDR PCI Video Card from Circuit City.
