Need help figuring out what my issue is.

ATI Raedon 9500 PRO (128MB)
1Gig RAM
WIN XP HOME
OK I maintain my PC's health 24/7 (Spyware, Virus, Drivers, etc..)
Using my PC surfing the web (Football Scores)
I went to the Bathroom and came back and the screen had vertical lines all over the place, dots, etc.. These lines changed directin, color etc... I figured my Hyundai L90D+ was cooked. I swapped it out with my old 19 inc Mitsubishi Diamond PRO 900u CRT. I still have the same problem. I went to the ATI site and download the latest drivers and now only half my screen is all lines after I rebooted due to a blue screen of death. The right side which is the bad side seems to stay vertical and is now green, purple and red.
What is my problem? MB? Video Card? Etc..
Also if I use any other Resolution the whole screen is vertical lines which change colors and move around???
Frustrated and I need to fix this ASAP.
UPDATE:
I uninstalled all of my ATI software, drivers etc...
I opened my case and removed Video card and air dusted everything.
I installed the AGP ATI video card and rebooted.
Everything was fine for about 30 mins.
I began to play a 3d game (HOMM5) About 15 mins into the game the vertical lines appeared again and I am in the same situation??
Is my video card overheating? The case and all companets seem cool. I have 2 front fans, 1 rear fan, 1 top of case fan and 2 PSU fans?
Any thoguhts?
