Vertical lines HELP needed

Need help figuring out what my issue is.

INTEL P4HT 3000 MHZ
INTEL D865GBF
ATI Raedon 9500 PRO (128MB)
1Gig RAM
WIN XP HOME

OK I maintain my PC's health 24/7 (Spyware, Virus, Drivers, etc..)

Using my PC surfing the web (Football Scores)
I went to the Bathroom and came back and the screen had vertical lines all over the place, dots, etc.. These lines changed directin, color etc... I figured my Hyundai L90D+ was cooked. I swapped it out with my old 19 inc Mitsubishi Diamond PRO 900u CRT. I still have the same problem. I went to the ATI site and download the latest drivers and now only half my screen is all lines after I rebooted due to a blue screen of death. The right side which is the bad side seems to stay vertical and is now green, purple and red.

What is my problem? MB? Video Card? Etc..

I need to fix this ASAP.

Thanks everyone. I am thinking the same thing.

No Warrenty, I bought from Best buy rigth before HL 2 came out, so I think it is over 1 yr old. Is there a quick way to tell on the ATI site?

So if I run out tomorrow, which AGP card should I buy from lets say a Compusa, Best buy or circuit city?

I will be upgrading in 3 months to PCI express, so I do not need a killer VC, just something cheap and better than this ATI Raedon 9500 PRO which is blowing up.

Thx
