Vertex 3 - Low Windows Experience?

I just installed a new Vertex 3 60 GB drive to my laptop and am getting just a 5.9 in Windows Experience index, which seems low as I've been reading people getting 7.7 with this drive.

I checked the firmware and its the latest, 2.15. This is a clean install of win7 64 home premium. Bios is set to AHCI. I let Windows install all the drivers. Do I need to install the chipset drivers from my laptops manufacture?

I have an Asus Asus A52F-XE2, Intel Core i5-460M

Never mind, I think I fixed it. Went to intels site and downloaded the latest chipset drivers and now it says 7.8.

Guess I should have done that first 😳
