Question Vermeer EDC(CPU) reading in Ryzen Master?

Just installed a new 5800X today into my board, and the past couple of hours I've been trying to get some IF/RAM overclocking stable.. just opened up Ryzen Master and the EDC (CPU) meter is at 100% of 140a and in the red zone. Is this normal for Vermeer?

TM5 which isn't that rough on the CPU vs y-cruncher

This memory test did the same thing on my 3950x for the first 3mins and ~40secs (pegged EDC at 100% [150A set in PBO]) and then EDC dropped for the next ~2mins and then I exited. Looked like all cores were pretty active and then at that 3mins and ~40secs mark most cores looked like they went to sleep as the test continued.

It might be normal, I don't know. It could be a power plan setting, too. Just not sure if it's something to worry over.
