Usually it's *228 and I did that... then I hear "our menu has changed... to update your roaming capabilities, dial *228, then 2".

Umm... I did dial that number and option 2 brings me to voicemail password resets.

What's up ???
 
no clue. after reading this post, i updated my prl the way i always have (*228, 2) and it sent it to my phone just fine.
