Verizon's wireless modem/router?

Is there a limited amount of users that can be connected at one time?

My wife's friend has three users and two can be on at once but when she tries to get on she is unable to do so. She sees the available connection in the bottom right hand corner of the monitor. Also she is prompted to enter the WEP key but once she enters it it does not go anywhere.

While most wireless routers have limits on how many users can connect its usually over 200, however theres no way to know if Verizon did somthing to the Firmware in their router/modem combo to lower that number.

I suggest you call their tech-support & ask.
