Sprint is using 2600 (from Clearwire, I think). Haven't heard of AT&T on that band.
They literally just told the FCC they would start rolling out PCS LTE *by year end 2013*:
http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php/1813826-AT-amp-T-LTE-in-PCS-by-the-end-of-2013!

AT&T has so much PCS that they can split it for both uses.

It was so funny back when they were trying to buy TMobile (for their AWS holdings) and they said they'd sell off PCS spectrum in an attempt to get approval. A lot of people were using that as an example that they didn't need TMobile. Because how could they possibly need more spectrum if they're willing to sell it off, right?

AT&T would have had PCS spectrum flowing out of their ears if the TMo deal had gone through.

I believe Verizon is going to roll some 2600mhz LTE eventually via a roaming agreement with Clearwire. AT&T will refarm 1900 and 850 in markets where they can and probably push really heavily to have every device being sold a VoLTE device by 2015.

Sure. Because Verizon TOTALLY doesn't have a 10x10 block of 700mhz to supplement it.

Really? Hmm, here I am sitting in my pre-war building and my VZW phone has 2 bars max on LTE and my tmo has 5 on H+. So yeah, no penetration. :colbert:

LTE Band 4 that consists of AWS 1700 / 2100MHz

I realize that Band 4 is 1700 up and 2100 down (or did I mix that up?), but don't call it 2100 because traditionally 2100 refers to Band 1.

This is the same problem that confused a lot of people in 3G HSPA where people thought having a UMTS 2100 phone (typically international) means it can work on AWS. AWS is frequently called 1700 in specs for that reason as to not confuse people with 2100.
