In the last two weeks, my text messages have been interrupted three times, they simply don't come through. I have to call and get transferred to level three support every time, and the last time they told me it was a "bad SMS" that blocked all other messages coming through. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm so heated right now that I'm almost ready to chew out the CSR, although I know it's not their fault.

Never heard of that before but I don't text a lot. I do get duplicate messages quite often. Then verizon sends me a text saying I'm close to going over my plan limit which doesn't make any sense since I don't have a plan and pay by the text.

Oh well. I'll probably end up going with SERO in the next month or so. My contract is up, I'm just going to sit on my VZW phone until the prices on the SERO smartphones drop a bit.

It probably is getting lost among that gaggle of people that follow you around that Verizon calls a "network." :)
