Well my DSL has not worked for almost two weeks already. They sent a technician to my home last week and claims that they will fix it a day after the dispatch. Now its already the second week, I call them back everytime and they say they are working on it. Now today they say they are sending a second technician. I don't know what to do anymore. I've talked to numerous supervisors and they tell me we are working on it and at times they hang up on me. They refuse to tell me what is wrong with my connection and all they say is sorry and we are working on it. What the hell am I suppose to do now? I am about to just sign up for road runner or something because the lack of internet in my home is starting to takes its toll. Judging at how Verizon is they will not let me terminate the contract or even reimburse me.

Call them and tell them it needs to be fixed by XYZ date like you said or just cancel my dsl and I will go to your competitor.

That will light a fire under them or let you go. If they let you go make sure you get the person in charges name and write a letter to the company on why you are not a customer and why you will tel others to not get/use Verizon.

I was thinking of leaving them. But, I will be violating the contract right? However, I also thought that they aren't providing me with the service and they aren't fixing my DSL in a timely manner, so I have all the reason to be vindicated from the termination fee. But, I really don't know, but at this rate I am about to call Billing Dpt. and calling it quits.
