This is what I know so far.

*86 - Voicemail
*611 - Customer Service
*228 - Update Roaming List
*71 + Phone Number SEND - Call Forwarding if busy or no answer
*72 + Phone Number SEND - Call Forwarding
*73 - Deactivate Call Forwarding
#646 - Minutes Used
#225 - Account Balence Information
#PMT - To Make a payment
#DATA - To see your txt msgs in and out, domestic and international. Other data related information may be in there as well.

Is there any more that I don't know about, any verizon Wireless employees care to share some shortcuts?

or you can call your phone from a land line, when voicemail picks up, press the # key.

Thanks I just set this up! My phone has an option to insert a T Pause or a P Pause. I used the T and it works fine.
