Verizon Wireless question

My billing period ends on the 20. I paid it on Oct. 15. I want to check usage on from 9/20 to 10/19. It only shows 8/20 to 9/19. Does anyone know how long it will take for the next usage statement to show up on the website.

hmm.. my billing cycle ends the 2nd of each month - that statement is usually available online by the 8th... so less than a week.

My billing period also ends on the 20th. 🙂

It will be there in a few days, when your statement is ready to be mailed.

Thanks, I just need it quick.

Call them up and see if they have access to the info you need. They probably won't be able to find individual calls, but call totals shouldn't be a problem, and if you've gone over your minutes or text/pic messages, it's best to talk to them BEFORE your statement is completed.

It not that. I need to see phone numbers call and know how many times when and where. I happen to know from a cell phone theft a couple months back that they will not release phone numbers right away without an affidavit. This is more like checking on my g/f.

It's gonna happen. I just want the usage detail so I'm am totally sure of the situation. Three year relationship, but things just recently got me wondering.

This is a question for Verizon's customer service. Call them and tell them that you need to know what numbers were called and when. They can tell you. We cannot.

But you don't ++ your postcount when you call Verizon 😉

Well here is the deal. The account is actually her account. I also have a phone within the same account. The bill has always went to her parents home which all her bills have went there even before we met. I just go to verizon and tell them our cell numbers and make a payment. I have recently hacked into her verizon account online. I just need to wait for it to update the billing history. I remember one time though she tried to get phone numbers that were called on her phone from customer service and they would not allow it without an affidavit. So if they won't give the numbers to her, then they definetely won't give them to me.
