Verizon to wave ETF for...?

does anyone know if verizon's retention department/group is allowed to wave the $175 ETF (early terminiation fee) if you don't get good signal quality at your home (inside or outside)?

I would say it's not likely but then again I don't have any personal experience with the retention department. Just finished my 1 year commitment in September with them. Service has been fine although the reception isn't too great at the house, but I can live with that as I have Vonage for home. They're already mailing me offers for free phones but with a 2 year commit. The one phone they're offering isn't worth it to me. Only phone I'm interested in is the Motorola with bluetooth so unless they offer that as a freebie they aren't getting another commit out of me.

that's what the 15-days no-questions-asked return policy is for...

unless you just moved... and have had the phone...

How long have you had it? After a certian period of time, you are SOL NO MATTER WHAT your reason for terminating your service.
