Verizon Settlement letter. anyone else get one of these?

Verizon Wireless Motorola V710 Settlement Claim Form.

basically, i have 3 options, 1. get a $25 credit to my account, 2. get my account canceled with no penalties, 3. get it replaced with another phone of similar retail value.

personally, i'd like to get my v710 swapped out for the E815.

Yeah I got one of these also. Its basically because the blue tooth was crippled on it. I think they should of added the crappy camera that doesn't work right.

verizon deliberately crippled bluetooth so you would have to use their file sharing feature (at a cost of course) instead of using bluetooth to do it.

yeah i got one also. but i knew about this because ive been following the lawsuit ever since talks first started of a class action lawsuit, so this has been a long time coming for me.

the one time i pay full retail for a phone, and it results in a full refund coming my way. im planning to take the money, use a portion of that to buy a new phone and then bank the rest.
