Verizon Razr V3m

I don't think you can. I believe verizon locks that feature. To unlock it you are going to need to do some Seem Editing. Check out Howard's Forums. There should be threads there with all the information you need.
 
Motorola Phone Tools 4.0 and the USB cable that comes with it will work fine for what you
want to do... and that price from Newegg is very good, as most places will charge $30 for it

correct, verizon locked it
 
It is not locked, per se ... Verizon uses the Motorola V3C Razr
All you need to do when you setup the phone in Motorola Mobile
Phone Tools is tell it the phone is a Motorola Razr V3M

You will then be able to add Music & Photos to the phone easily.
Use the Multimedia Studio option within Mobile Phone Tools
