I had a huge beef with Verizon recently. Called up their headquarters and bitched a storm to whoever answered the phone. Verizon has on line billing which is suppose to make life easier when paying your cell phone bill. Up until recently everything has been smooth and I have had no complaints what so ever. Verizon made a change on their billing when you log in it says, "Your Bill of 39.99 as of Dec21 is due". It does not give a freaking DUE DATE!!!! You have to click on some BS link to go to a pdf file then on the 3rd page of that pdf file it shows the due date. What kind of garbage is that. That small change, which IMO will create more angry customers like me calling in, screwed up my online banking system which checks VZW's web site to get the due date. It is like they are making it so people do in fact screw their bills up and not pay them on time. I sincerely hope this is programming error and they will fix it soon, otherwise this is the most asinine changes I have every seen period. Even their damn email bill reminders that they send you do not have the date.
