Verizon one IP address per connection

when i try to lookup my external IP address i get the same thing on both computers, i've been told each computer is supposed to have its own external IP address, they all have their own internal IP address.
 
What plan do you have? If you're behind a router or server, you will have the same external IP and each PC will have its own internal.
