Verizon Omnia software updates?

My Omnia has a tendency to become sluggish for no apparent reason - are there any firmware updates available?

haha, i do it daily now. I guess i see why so many people avoid windows phones

not just windows phones. blackberries suffer from this too. memory leaks from 3rd party apps.

Sorry... New to this forum. I don't have the phone, but I have been researching it.
I read that some of the applications keep running in the background, when you think they are disconnected. What do you expect from Microsoft. Make sure the applications are disconnected

I've also noticed that apps stay running after you close them. Use the task manager to shut them down, they seem to keep running in the background otherwise.
