My 88 year old mother is on Verizon and wants a smartphone. I’m looking at getting her a used iPhone SE as she wants a small phone. Do I need to search for a cdma version or does that not matter anymore? I remember the iPhone 5 had to have a special version for Verizon but that was a 3G phone. I thought it no longer mattered with 4G.
