The short answer is no. It could be used assuming you can talk Sprint into allowing it on their network. However, I doubt they would.

No, but I read about someone using a Sprint iPhone on PagePlus (VZW prepaid). Even if the ESN is blacklisted. (yes the opposite of what you are asking).

Why not try pageplus? Or do you want to be on sprint's network vs verizon?
