Somebody was telling me about the Verizon Hub today, it looks interesting but the 2 review I found they didn't think it was all that that. The AT&T one looks pretty good and the one review I found was pretty favorable. Reading up on both, either can be bought without a contract. And it looks like you don't need AT&T service to use it. But Verizon doesn't say if you can use their device without their digital phone service. I'm wondering the Verizon Hub can be bought and used with an Ooma hub. Since it's just a VOIP device, I don't see why not, but I can't find any info. I had Verizon Wireless for years, and with how badly every phone I had they crippled badly. So I wouldn't put it past them to somehow have this device crippled too lol. I just ordered an Ooma Hub and am looking for something a little more than just a phone to use with it. Both of these seem to fit the bill.

But are there any similar devices? iRiver has their WAVE, but it's not coming out for like another 5-6 months or so. And I'm looking for something I could pick up right now. Something that's VOIP capable, with a touch screen mini computer.
