Has anyone else has verizon limit download bandwidth?

I could get 160 kB/s from kernel.org earlier. Now it peaks at 60.

try ftp.debian.org

I can get ~3000kB/s from there. kernel.org has always been a little slow for me.
 
i think so. i looked at the router status and attached devices list doesnt show unknown machines.
